Merkle completed the acquisition of LiveArea from PFSweb for $250m.

Merkle, a customer experience management company, completed the acquisition of LiveArea, a brand management company, from PFSweb, a global commerce services company, for $250m. “We are confident they will accelerate momentum as they integrate with the Merkle team and continue supporting their clients with an even more comprehensive set of digital business capabilities.
