Parkland to acquire Pétroles Crevier.

Parkland, a firm that distributes gasoline, diesel, propane, lubricants, heating oil, and other petroleum products, agreed to acquire Pétroles Crevier, a retail and wholesale business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition extends our existing retail network in Quebec and expands our presence in key markets. We believe we can add significant value by deploying our proven retail capabilities, proprietary Marche Express (ON the RUN) convenience and Ultramar forecourt brands, and JOURNIE™ Rewards loyalty program.
