Smithers, a provider of testing, consulting, information, and compliance services, completed the acquisition of Ssp, a provider of consultancy and testing services in relation to water quality management and water quality testing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ssp is an exciting addition to Smithers because we share a steadfast commitment to a client-first culture.
