KTB Investment & Securities to acquire a 51% stake in Eugene Savings Bank for $168m.

KTB Investment & Securities, an operator of financial businesses, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Eugene Savings Bank, a provider of financial services, for $168m. Institutional investors who secure a majority of 50% or more to solidify the governance structure and help the long-term development of savings banks will participate as shareholders.
