Silver Lake, Ryan Smith, Qualtrics Founder, and Todd Pedersen, Vivint Smart Home Founder, led a $507m funding round in Entrata, a software development company. The round had participation from investors Dragoneer, Josh James and others. "It's rare to find a company of this size and scale that has not taken institutional funding.
