FSN Capital to invest in MEGABAD.

FSN Capital, a private equity investment firm, agreed to invest in MEGABAD, a specialist retailer for sanitary products. The founding family and investor VR Equitypartner will retain significant ownership in the company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are still convinced of the excellent business model and long-term growth prospects of MEGABAD.
