Riverside-backed Abracon, a firm that manufactures timing, synchronization, power, and connectivity solutions, agreed to acquire two technology-driven antenna companies Proant and Proant Asia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Proant's success with antennas is attributed to providing cost-effective and robust connectivity to our customers.
