Ares Management, a alternative investment manager, completed the acquisition of Resource Label Group, a pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC manufacturer, from First Atlantic Capital and TPG Growth for 974m. “We’re excited to partner with Resource Label Group, an innovator and leader in one of the most attractive segments within the packaging industry.
