Daiwa ICP completed the acquisition of 30% stake in Blue Phoenix Group from Waterland.

Daiwa ICP, a platform established to invest in strategic European infrastructure assets, completed the acquisition of 30% stake in Blue Phoenix Group, a company that operates incinerator bottom ash processing installations globally, from Waterland, a private equity investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Board of Directors of Blue Phoenix Group is pleased that with Daiwa ICP as additional shareholder the Group can further focus on its international expansion strategy of servicing EfW companies with sustainable solutions for Incinerator Bottom Ash.
