Alpha-backed Calligaris completed the acquisition of Fatboy from Vendis Capital for £103m.

Alpha, a private equity firm,-backed Calligaris, an Italian furniture business, completed the acquisition of Fatboy, an iconic lifestyle brand, from Vendis Capital, a private equity firm, for £103m. “Fatboy is a great strategic fit for Calligaris and reinforces our acquisitive growth strategy.
