Pritzker-backed PLZ Aeroscience, an independent specialty aerosol and liquid product manufacturer, agreed to acquire 220 Laboratories, an innovator and formulator of hair, skin and body products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “220 Labs is a renowned innovator and formulator within the personal care industry.
