UK Plumbing Supplies, an independent plumbing & bathroom merchant, agreed to acquire the plumbing, heating and sanitary business of Saint-Gobain, a French multinational corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transactions are expected to be completed over the coming weeks and are part of SaintGobain’s continued portfolio optimization strategy to enhance the Group’s growth and profitability profile.
