Court Square Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Calera Capital-backed Evans Delivery Company, a provider of logistics services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Evans is a non-asset based logistics platform providing critical services at scale to a large and growing agent network of intermodal drayage, truckload, and freight brokerage agents.
