Liners-backed Mota-Engil, a firm with operations focused on construction and infrastructure management, and VINCI Concessions, a mobility infrastructure company, agreed to acquire a 17% stake in Lusoponte, an owner and operator of toll bridges, from MM Capital, a private equity firm, for $66m.
