Veho to acquire Domenikss from Benita Danilenko.

Veho, a firm that retails new and used automobiles, agreed to acquire Domenikss, a firm engaged in car dealership, from Benita Danilenko, Domenikss owner. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction covers the import, retail and maintenance of Mercedes-Benz passenger and commercial vehicles. After the sales transaction, Domenikss will continue its operations within Veho group as a separate enterprise, keeping its brand, offices and service centres.
