Mutares to acquire Ganter Construction & Interiors from MIGATI.

Mutares, a holding company, agreed to acquire Ganter Construction & Interiors, a general contractor and expert for high-quality interior fittings, from MIGATI. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition perfectly fits our investment criteria. It has a strong brand and established business model.
