SCF Partners completed the acquisition of Hydrasun.

SCF Partners, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of Hydrasun, a company specialised in the provision of integrated fluid transfer, power and control solution. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SCF is delighted to welcome Bob Drummond and his team into the SCF family.
