Novacap completed the acquisition of Multy Home from Natco Products.

Novacap, a Canadian private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Multy Home, a global manufacturer of floor covering and outdoor living products, from Natco Products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We aim to support Multy Home as they pursue their growth trajectory, making them the leading green innovator and designer of outdoor living and flooring products throughout North America and Europe," Jean-François Routhier, Novacap Senior Partner.
