Naturalia Tantum, a cosmetics company, completed the acquisition of Togethair, a haircare products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition aims to further expand the Naturalia Tantum portfolio. It strengthens the presence in the professional channel where the group already owns the brand Effegilab specialized in aesthetic treatments (medical spa and high-level beauty centers).
