Phoenix International completed the acquisition of Adex from Aalberts.

Phoenix International, a leader in the design and manufacture of aluminum extrusion dies and related tooling solutions, completed the acquisition of Adex, a manufacturer of large and complex aluminum extrusion dies, from Aalberts, a Dutch industrial technology company listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Phoenix is uniquely positioned to capitalize on sustainability as a megatrend in an ever-evolving market, driving both growth and efficiency gains.
