Carlyle and Mubadala Investment completed the investment in Genstar Capital-backed Apex Group.

Carlyle, an investment firm, and Mubadala Investment, a sovereign investor, completed the investment in Genstar Capital-backed Apex Group, a global financial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased to be expanding our relationship with Carlyle and to welcome Mubadala to our investor base.
