Three Seas Initiative-backed Enery Development, a renewable energy company, completed the acquisition of Energy 21 solar PV portfolio from CEE Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased that we could complete this transaction during a period of regulatory uncertainty in the Czech renewables market. In the next decade, the Czech power generation market will undergo a process of radical decarbonisation and will shift towards green and sustainable electricity production with solar PV representing the leading technology for this transition.
