Simon to acquire a 60% stake in ProtoPixel.

Simon, an electrical material manufacturer, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in ProtoPixel, a digital platform that allows you to create, deploy and control any lighting experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. The founding partners of ProtoPixel will continue to lead the project and maintain part of the shares of the company, which was founded in 2015 and is based in Barcelona. Simon's majority stake will enable ProtoPixel to accelerate its growth, diversification and internationalisation to consolidate its platform and, among other objectives, create the first 'marketplace' of lighting experiences and a solution for lighting products.
