Sun Capital Partners, the provider of services specialized in asbestos and lead paint abatement, mold remediation, commercial HVAC cleaning, biological and chemical decontamination contracting, completed the acquisition of 1 Priority Environmental Services, a global private equity firm focused on partnering with outstanding management teams to accelerate value creation, from O2 Investment Partners, a Midwestern based private equity firm that seeks to acquire majority interests in lower middle market B2B services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
