GPI, an engineering consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Horizon Engineering, a Civil Engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As this transition of ownership occurs, very little will change on a day-to-day basis. We will continue to operate as Horizon for the balance of 2021 and then fully transition into GPI.
