Elan Polo International completed the acquisition of 65% stake in DVS Footwear from Sequential Brands for $2m.

Elan Polo International, an international organization that designs, sources and delivers millions of men's, women's and children's shoes to retailers around the world, completed the acquisition of 65% stake in DVS Footwear, a global footwear brand dedicated to inspiring youth to have fun and always push forward, from Sequential Brands for $2m. The sale comes amid reports in mid-June that Sequential Brands was exploring filing for bankruptcy protection to divest its portfolio of brands or sell the company.
