Synopsis
EY, a provider of professional services, agreed to acquire Lane4 Management, a provider of business performance development consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the business of Lane4 represents a significant investment and aims to strengthen the EY position as a leading organisation providing leadership development and large-scale, culture and transformational leadership projects," Tricia Nelson, EY Managing Partner for People Advisory Services, UK & Ireland.
