Grande Communications completed the acquisition of Harris Broadband.

Grande Communications, a division of Astound Broadband, the sixth largest cable operator in the United States, completed the acquisition of Harris Broadband, a provider of fiber-to-the-home services, offering internet, TV and voice services in areas of Central Texas.
