Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a construction company providing sprinkler installation & inspections and industrial cleaning services, completed the acquisition of Rapid Fire Protection, a provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions, from Boyne Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
