Pye-Barker Fire & Safety completed the acquisition of Rapid Fire Protection from Boyne Capital.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a construction company providing sprinkler installation & inspections and industrial cleaning services, completed the acquisition of Rapid Fire Protection, a provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions, from Boyne Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Boyne's support, we dramatically accelerated organic growth and developed the business through key strategic acquisitions and significant investments in talent and infrastructure.
