Blue Altitude Invest completed the acquisition of YellowKorner from Latour Capital.

Blue Altitude Invest, a family investment company, completed the acquisition of YellowKorner, an operator of an online platform intended to democratize art photography, from Latour Capital, an independent French private equity firm. Kernel Investissements and Middlebury Investment also exit investment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud to have backed YellowKorner throughout a key period of its development.
