Pamlico Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aite-Novarica Group, an advisory firm providing mission-critical insights on technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Aite Group has had exceptional growth since our founding and has established a leading presence in the financial services sector.
