Bpifrance and Capitem Partenaires completed the acquisition of Groupe HISI.

Bpifrance, a public investment bank, and Capitem Partenaires, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Groupe HISI, a cloud business solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Expert in data, its protection, storage and sustainability, the Group offers additional services to that of hosting such as outsourcing and remote supervision, consulting and expertise services as well as the resale of IT equipment.
