Andera Partners, an investment company, agreed to acquire TX Cube, a firm that assists European and US industrial groups in the supply of complex electronic products. Financial terms were not disclosed. With growing demand for electronic and connected products, and occasional supply shortages, companies like TXCube are showing agility and creativity in this complex market. The Group is led by Elisabeth Partouche and Daniel Mawas.
