IRIS Software Group completed the acquisition of Doc.It.

IRIS Software Group, a software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Doc.It, a provider of document management, workflow and document storage solutions for accounting firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Doc.It joining the IRIS family allows us to supercharge our presence in North America, delivering the functionality CPA firms both want and need in today’s rapidly changing business landscape.
