Aston Lark to acquire Principal Insurance.

Aston Lark, an independent insurance broker, agreed to acquire Principal Insurance, a provider of insurance brokerage services primarily focused on the motorcycle insurance market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The management team at Principal Insurance Ireland DAC are well known to us at Aston Lark.
