Valamis to acquire The Working Manager.

Valamis, a provider of digital learning technologies and workforce development, agreed to acquire The Working Manager, a provider of organisational performance and career mobility technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Working Manager’s technology, proven record of customer satisfaction, and most importantly their people, are a complete fit with Valamis’ longstanding values.
