Pace Analytical completed the acquisition of Drug Delivery Experts.

Pace Analytical, a a full-service contract development and manufacturing organization, through Pace Analytical Life Sciences, its subsidiary, completed the acquisition of Drug Delivery Experts, a CDMO, specializing in complex injectable drug formulations and combination drug-device product development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Increasingly, customers are relying on the expertise of Pace to support them throughout their drug development. The acquisition of DDE allows us to further service customers across all stages of the process while bringing innovative technologies to our portfolio, including capabilities for long-acting and complex injectables,” Eric Roman, Pace Analytical CEO.
