Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a global private investment firm, agreed to acquire Laird Thermal Systems, a thermal management solutions supplier, from Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After becoming an independent business, Laird Thermal Systems has continued to go from strength to strength and is now a well-recognised global player in the markets in which it operates.
