Omnes Capital-backed Power Capital Renewable Energy, an Irish solar PV developer, agreed to acquire solar power assets from Terra Solar, a Dublin-based solar energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PCRE’s strategy of building Ireland's leading Independent Power Producer has come one step closer today.
