Kerad Holding, a business holding company, completed the acquisition of the hotel project from Inversiones y Adquisiciones de Hoteles, a Seville-based trading company, for $23m. The new hotel places Malaga as the third focus of national hotel investment only behind Madrid and Barcelona. This positioning of the hotel benefits the international brand of the city.
