Andera Partners to acquire a majority stake in KLUBB Group from 123 Investment and Bpifrance.

Andera Partners, an investment company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in KLUBB Group, a manufacturer of vehicle-mounted access platforms, from investment managers 123 Investment and Bpifrance.
