Minerals Technologies, a firm that mines, produces, and sells mineral-based products, agreed to acquire Normerica, a manufacturer of pet products in the North America and Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Normerica and its portfolio of branded and private label bentonite-based cat litter products fits perfectly with our North America cat litter business.
