S-Ventures completed the acquisition of Pulsin for $10m.

S-Ventures, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pulsin, a plant-based nutrition company, for $10m. "We are delighted in the successful sale and move to S-Ventures and look forward to further developing the brand in the UK and internationally," Simon Ashburner, Pulsin Managind Director.
