Wren House, an infrastructure investment management company, Bpifrance, a French public investment bank, and Yves Journel to invest in Antin-backed Almaviva Santé, an operator of a private hospital group in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted with the arrival in our capital of Wren House Infrastructure and Bpifrance but also the continued support of Yves Journel and our physician shareholders. This operation guarantees our independence. It will allow us to continue our development, with stable management and strategy.
