Pritzker Private-backed ProAmpac completed the acquisition of Euroflex.

Pritzker Private-backed ProAmpac, a global flexible packaging company, completed the acquisition of Euroflex, a family-owned packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this combination, our expertise in high-barrier applications will complement ProAmpac’s broad offering of high-quality flexible packaging products.
