Eurofins, an international group of laboratories, completed the acquisition of the medical microbiological laboratory of Alrijne Hospital, a company that operates in the hospital & health care industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition creates a future-proof strong regional laboratory that offers a wide range of high quality diagnostics services and activities.
