Endesa-backed Enel Green completed the acquisition of 419 MW of solar projects from Fotowatio Renewable Venture for $347m.

Endesa-backed Enel Green, a company dedicated to the generation of renewable energy, completed the acquisition of 419 MW of solar projects from Fotowatio Renewable Venture, a developer and operator of solar energy plants, for $347m. The future solar farms will be located in the Andalusian provinces of Seville, Cadiz and Cordoba and in Zamora, a province in the Castile and Leon region. Right now, the projects are in an advanced stage of the permitting process.
