BETESO Group to acquire Hans Neukirchner Druckschaltstechnik.

BETESO Group, an electronic parts supplier in Waldenbuch, Germany, agreed to acquire Hans Neukirchner Druckschaltstechnik, a pressure circuit technology firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy about this transaction, because with the takeover of Hans Neukirchner Druckschaltstechnik, the BETESO Group is optimally deepening its value chain and is well positioned for the re-Europeanization of the electronics industry," Fredrik Ljungman, BETESO Group Partner.
