Toppan completed the acquisition of InterFlex Group from Nicolet Capital Partners.

Toppan, a provider of a range of products and services geared toward printing technologies, completed the acquisition of InterFlex Group, a manufacturer and supplier of flexible packaging systems, from Nicolet Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In May this year Toppan announced its Medium Term Plan to March 2023, the fundamental concept of which is ‘Digital & Sustainable Transformation.’ One of the priorities we have set out is accelerating global expansion in the packaging business by catering to demand for sustainable solutions and establishing a local production for local consumption model,” Hideharu Maro, Toppan President & Representative Director.
