Smurfit Kappa Group to acquire the Verzuolo mill from Burgo Group for €360m.

Smurfit Kappa Group, a provider of paper-based packaging solutions, agreed to acquire the Verzuolo mill, a containerboard business in Northern Italy, from Burgo Group, a provider of graphic and specialty papers, for €360m.
